What you'll receive
Two architectural sketch design options, including floor plans, roof plans and one key site section.
Two 3D architectural visualisations, one per design option.
Overarching architectural/interior design concept and design direction.
Proposed concept materials board.
Indicative construction cost assessment by an independent Quantity Surveyor or professional Builder.
Planning advice by an independent Town Planner.
Two consultations: initial briefing and site measure, followed by a presentation of your design options and recommended next steps.
A considered first step
Ideal for duplexes, semi-detached homes, terraces and compact houses looking to optimise their layout, maximise space, natural light, functionality, building form and envelope and connection to the landscape.
Following the Feasibility Study, you are welcome to proceed with DUO Architects' Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC) services, as appropriate for your project.
Secondary Consultants: We recommend engaging specialist consultants to support the Feasibility Study, including a Town Planner and Quantity Surveyor. These consultants can provide valuable early stage advice on planning and approval pathways and preliminary construction costs. Any advice regarding the engagement of secondary consultants, their scope of service and associated fees will be provided to you for your consideration and approval prior to the commencement of their services.
An obligation-free first step towards making informed decisions about your home.
