Following the Feasibility Study, you are welcome to proceed with DUO Architects' Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC) services, as appropriate for your project.
Secondary Consultants
*DUO Architects will coordinate the Quantity Surveyor and Town Planner, who will be engaged and paid directly by you as secondary Consultants. Separate fee proposals will be provided shortly after order confirmation. Typical consultant fees for this service are outlined below and are additional to DUO Architects' service fee, the actual fee will be customised to your project and based on the scale and complexity.
Quantity Surveyor: $900 - $1,000 + GST
Town Planner: $300/hr + GST (typically 3–4 hours)
Land Survey: Optional and subject to the site complexity. This can be discussed at Meeting 1.
