Overarching architectural concept and design direction

Custom joinery and/or bathroom design concepts
Coordination of indicative renovation costs prepared by a qualified Quantity Surveyor*
Meeting 1 - Initial briefing & obtain a Site Measure
Meeting 2 - Presentation
An obligation-free first step towards creating a more functional, considered and timeless home. Great for apartments, duplexes, semi’s or houses where you are aiming to transform the space and maximise the value without the need for Council or CDC approval.

Post Feasibility Study you are welcome to proceed with a detailed Interior Design service customised to your project.
*DUO Architects will coordinate the Quantity Surveyor, who will be engaged and paid directly by you. A separate fee proposal will be provided shortly after order confirmation. For the Cosmetic Renovation Feasibility Study, the Quantity Surveyor's fee is typically $700-$900 + GST, in addition to DUO Architects' service fee.
